Adult Addictions Services

The Adult and Family Addictions Services provide assessment, individual and group counselling for persons served as well as family therapy treatment, referral, case management, follow up and youth outreach services.

Service includes initiating prevention activities and increasing public awareness of substance abuse issues and educational sessions to community agencies regarding substance abuse issues.

The building is wheelchair accessible and has private counselling offices and group/family meeting rooms. Services are also provided in schools and other community locations.

Access to Service

Service can be accessed through physician, community agency, RCMP, inter-agency, community or self-referral.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

Location - GALIANO, MAYNE, PENDER & SATURNA

Services are provided on the islands of Mayne, Pender, Galiano and Saturna.

The counsellor has office space on each of the islands. Services are also provided in schools and other community locations.

Access to Service

Service can be accessed through physician, school, RCMP, inter-agency or self-referral. Messages can be left for the worker at (250) 537-9971 or on pager (250) 537-8091.

Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 1.00 pm
