Community Initiatives
Every year the Community Initiatives participants and staff go to camp. The camp is a joint venture between Community Initiatives and the Choices Day Program. This is a highlight for many, and for some it is their main vacation.
Community Services have been able to do this every year, in part due to generous donations from members of the community.
At camp we have talent night, a dance, sports, games, nature walks and art projects and trips to town.

Food Bank
Local finanical funding allows Community Services the choice to support our local businesses by buying locally and enables us to provide healthy, nutritious and protein enriched selection for all clients. Special dietary needs are also accommodated whenever possible. |

Christmas Hamper Program
Funds and foods are donated by generous contributions from the community. This includes individual donors, contributions from large companies and small businesses on the island including: Ganges Village Markets, Thrifty's, SS Coffee Co., Soya Nova, SS Soap Works. |
