Community Capacity Building
Early Childhood educators have
long recognized that education and support during the critical
first six years of a child's life make a lifetime difference
for a child, his family and the entire community.

Programs include:
- Parent support/drop in
- Stay and play
- Toy library
- Enhanced equipment for young children
- Mother Goose, Nobody’s Perfect, and training sessions to qualify residents of the smaller islands to run their own programs
